Dino

So far the explaining is detailed and good 🙂

Olda Dajbych

It is too fast. Just – look, I have this effect and this effect here and there. You need to pause if you want to see some settings. But there is no explanation of how each effect should be set and why. How you set EQ on kick and why – only a few seconds of showing the plugin is definitely not “teaching”.

Luke Szczepanik

Really straight to the point course with tons of good info.

Sunny Besta

ABSOLUTE KILLER ! Though the entire course was on ProTools and I don’t have most of the fx used by Ian, I mixed the song in Logic Pro X and used the plugins I’ve got (Waves, FabFilter, Izotope and others. I’m beyond satisfied with my mix and I can’t believe what I’ve learnt. Now I’m confident to mix my own album and changed my view about mixing completly.
Thank you so much Ian. You’re a great tutor.

Israel Navarro

Amazing!!!!

John Haas

Only criticism so far is that it’s a Little Pro-Tools-centric. I’m not a PT user obviously. Otherwise, excellent so far!

Steve Puts

Well thought out course, with enough detail on how to start from scratch to final mix. Hands on mix it yourself was a great idea to compare own mixing results.

Leandro Zambelli

Muito bom e bem explicado. Já tenho conhecimento na área e estou aprendendo algumas técnicas diferentes das que uso.

Mauro Marenghi

Esempi pratici e ben motivati. Va diretto al dunque e non si dilunga su argomenti inutili.

Mark Berge

I’m learning a hell of a lot here. Finally an advanced course for intermediate learners

Gary Brockway

Extremely eye opening! I’m learning some techniques I’ve never even thought of trying before. Also, I’m proud to confirm some techniques I’ve developed throughout my own experiences are the same ones being utilized by pros. Only reason I wouldn’t give a full 5 stars is because I would like to see a professional mix done completely from start to finish, without much lecturing. Maybe as a secondary course video and more for ear training.
